Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our European atelier (Mon–Fri). After dispatch: Europe 2–4 business days, US & Canada 4–7 business days, rest of world 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum. Customs and import duties for international orders may be charged on delivery depending on your country.

If your order hasn't been packed yet, yes — email support@maisonlurene.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once it has shipped, we can no longer modify it, but you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your piece leaves the atelier. You can also see your order status by logging into your account, or visit our tracking page.

Most pieces are crafted from marine-grade 316L stainless steel with 18k gold plating, hand-set with cubic zirconia, simulated rubies, simulated sapphires, simulated emeralds, and other lab-grown gemstones. Premium pieces use solid gold and natural stones — these are noted in each product description.

Yes. Marine-grade stainless steel is hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof. You can wear your piece in the shower, the sea, the pool, the gym — it will not change color, lose its plating, or react with your skin. We designed it that way on purpose.

Our 18k gold plating is bonded using PVD (physical vapor deposition) — the most durable plating method available. With normal everyday wear it will last for years without fading. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, perfume sprayed directly onto the metal, and abrasive surfaces.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Store flat in the included pouch when not worn. Avoid abrasive cleaners and ultrasonic cleaning. That's it — your piece is built to handle the rest.

Yes. Marine-grade 316L stainless steel is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Each product page has a sizing guide with detailed measurements. For bracelets, measure your wrist with a soft tape just below the wrist bone, snug but not tight. If you're between sizes, size up — most of our bracelets are designed with a slight drape.

We currently offer refunds and gift cards rather than direct exchanges. Return your original piece within 30 days for a full refund, then place a new order in your correct size — that way your new size ships immediately.

Yes — 2 years against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If something goes wrong with your piece in normal wear, our atelier will repair it free of charge. The warranty covers repairs only — not replacements. For refunds or exchanges, return within 30 days of delivery. Email us with photos and your order number to start a warranty claim.
