Find it in your shipping confirmation email — subject line "Your order is on the way".

How tracking works

Every order ships from our European atelier within 24 business hours. As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, and the order's status above will update to Shipped. From that moment, the carrier updates the tracking page in real time until the package is delivered.

Estimated delivery times

  • Europe: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • US & Canada: 4–7 business days
  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6–14 business days

Times don't include customs clearance, which can occasionally add 1–3 days for international shipments. Read the full shipping policy.

Tracking hasn't moved — should I worry?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to refresh after the parcel leaves our atelier, especially during weekends and peak season. If your tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, email support@maisonlurene.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
