If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns and refunds work at Maison Lurène.

How it works. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer repairs, replacements, or exchanges — our 2-year promise refers to the engineered quality of the piece, not to ongoing remedies. Learn about our quality promise →

We're confident you'll love everything you order from us — but if something isn't quite right, we've got you covered.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to return them. We currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.

Maison Lurène Return Policy

Is something not right? No problem — let us know and we'll get it straightened out for you.

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to return them. Maison Lurène does not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.
  • The item(s) must be unworn. Keep them free from stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any refund is made.
  • Pre-orders may be cancelled with a $25 USD production fee once production has begun.
  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery, including accidental damage or improper use of tools during adjustments. If it is determined that damage occurred after delivery, the item will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • A 6% processing fee is deducted from the refund to cover return handling and inspection.
  • No fees apply for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

Received a damaged item?

We're really sorry to hear this. In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please contact our support team at support@maisonlurene.com. This will ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible.
